Thejas Charitable Trust was established on 12th December 2019 with Sri. Madhu Kalamanoor as founder and Managing Trustee and Smt. Deepa Madhu as Trustee. The formation was result of the vision of Sri. Madhu Kalamanoor, who had the rich experience in social, cultural and charitable activities in Bengaluru City and other areas. Though lot of services have been done personally from his part and through his well-wishers, a desire to have a formal organization with popular support to take to higher levels led to formation of the Trust. In this endeavour he had the moral support of his philanthropist wife Smt. Deepa Madhu.   

An investment in knowledge pays the best interest. Children are the future of the nation’s economy and a country cannot achieve economic growth when its children lack the right to education. To achieve this, in most of the cases poverty is a setback, here comes a small part of the society joining hands with these eligible and deserving children to empower them academically.

We also intend to teach and remind the society about the importance of culture and important events that take place in our country. We want our present and future generations to learn basic values that are important to create a glorious society.
